Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to Mass Booking payments made through the Infant Jesus of Prague Church website, Mass Booking portal, or online payment gateway.

Mass Booking Payments

Payments made through the Mass Booking portal are offerings made towards Mass intentions and related church services.

Once a Mass intention is booked and payment is successfully processed, the booking is generally considered final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Mass Booking requests cannot normally be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed and the booking is confirmed.

However, if a user has selected an incorrect date, time, or intention details, they may contact the church office immediately. Any change or correction will be subject to availability and church office approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for successfully completed Mass Booking offerings.

However, refund requests may be reviewed in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same Mass Booking
• Amount debited but booking not generated due to technical failure
• Payment gateway error resulting in incorrect transaction status
• Any other valid technical issue verified by the church office and payment gateway records

Refund approval is at the discretion of Infant Jesus of Prague Church after verification of transaction details.

Failed or Pending Transactions

If the payment fails or is cancelled, no Mass Booking will be confirmed.

If the amount is debited from the user’s bank account but the payment status is not successful in the Mass Booking system, the user should contact the church office with the following details:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Order number or receipt number, if available
• Transaction ID / UTR / bank reference number
• Date and time of payment
• Amount debited
• Screenshot or bank confirmation, if available

The church office will verify the payment status with the payment gateway or bank records.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved after verification, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or as per the payment gateway/bank process.

Refund timelines may depend on the bank, payment gateway, and mode of payment. It may take several working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s account.

No Cash Refund for Online Payments

For payments made online, refunds, if approved, will normally be processed through the payment gateway or bank channel. Cash refund will not be provided for online payments unless specifically approved by the church administration.
